Movies are a great source to inspire STEM Learning. Have you watched the movie, 'The Martian', and asked yourself, 'Is it possible to make food on planet Mars?
Now check out this movie, 'Black Panther' which had some amazing science stuff like a high-speed magnetic levitation subway that runs through Wakanda's famous vibranium mine. What if vibranium actually existed?
Another movie that is so inspiring is 'Interstellar'. It promotes women in STEM and that movie can inspire our students to pursue STEM projects and careers.
TASK 9
To this list add a link to a movie that can be used within the classroom to promote STEM competencies within the classroom.
Please note that the movie should be a PG-rated film.
In the slide, you will mention a minimum of five STEM concepts covered in the movie that could be integrated into the school curriculum. You will mention the grades for which the movie could be shown along with some practical guidance tools.
